The patient had advanced alopecia in the frontal and top areas and retained hair mainly on the sides and back.
The top area was visually reconstructed using a shaved effect. The hairline was designed to respect facial proportions, age and natural recession, avoiding an excessively low or artificial line.
The treatment was completed over three sessions to progressively blend the micropigmentation with the naturally shaved hair on the sides and back.
