The patient had significant, widespread density loss across the top area but wanted to keep his hair and maintain his usual length.
Rather than opting for a shaved effect, that decision was respected and treatment was carried out between the existing hairs to reduce scalp exposure. In extensive treatments, it is especially important to distribute density evenly.
The treatment was completed in three sessions and shows that, when the case allows it, density micropigmentation can be performed without requiring the patient to shave.
