The patient had progressive density loss concentrated in the crown, with hair still present but clear scalp exposure.
Micropigmentation was planned as a density treatment, not a shaved effect. The crown and its transitions were treated so the centre would not appear visually darker than the surrounding areas.
Over three sessions, the visual background was built progressively to achieve uniformity with the real hair.
